Electronic article read online or accessed as a PDF download

The APA 6th edition publication manual does not provide guidance on how to reference articles that are in electronic form but are not from a published journal. Electronic articles are articles read online (i.e. that are not a webpage) or downloaded as a PDF file (portable document format). Here are some examples of the Electronic Article reference type formatted in Endnote using the APA 6th style.

This example references the webpage the document is downloaded from.
