Yes. For the first usage in a document, give the organisation's name in full, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Use the abbreviation for further references. Organisation names are not italicised.

Yes. An organisation's name may serve as a group author in a citation. As for other abbreviations, write the name in full the first time followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
Examples
If the group name first appears in a narrative citation, include the abbreviation before the year in parentheses, separated with a comma.
If the group name first appears in a parenthetical citation, include the abbreviation in square brackets, followed by a comma and the year.
In the reference list entry, do not abbreviate the group author name" (APA, p. 268).
