This guide has been developed to help Morling College Education and Counselling students to use the APA referencing style in their assignments. The 7th Edition of the Publication Manual is the guide for academic writing and referencing.

If you are a Morling College Bible and Theology student you are required to use Chicago Footnote referencing style in your assignments.
The APA Publication Manual provides guidance on the conventions of academic writing: referencing is one element of academic writing. There is a companion website to this LibGuide that provides information on conventions of academic writing. This is an important resource particularly for students taking up study after a lengthy break and for those who have not studied at this level.
